Words behind the theme

I chose the theme to this litter for several reasons. I had expected a much larger litter and the theme had been chosen long before the litter was born, so when only two kittens were born I wanted to spare the theme already chosen, to a larger litter. With two blue babies born I thought of water and had to be creative of the theme name. That was when I thought of water gods & goddesses. King Neptune is the ruler of the sea and Queen Salacia is his Queen.
